        Changes to menu. Simplified, but downsizing of sides was pretty obvious. Not a change for the better. Not impressed. Used to be a favorite, but not anymore.

        My girlfriend went to order drive through, she had to wait 10 minutes for the food, and when she received the food the order was all messed up, she received someone elses order and nothing from our order, it then took another 10-12 minutes to fix half of the order, they were also out of half the things we originally ordered and still charged us for it. Popeyes, step it up, your employees acted like it was their first day on the job.

        Why do they only put a few drops of gravy on top of a big ole side of potatoes? They wanted to charge me extra to get more - I just want enough cover each serving of the potatoes, not just the top small spoonful. THIS is why I order mashed potatoes and GRAVY.
