Kyle was an OUTSTANDING attorney. I had contacted several attorneys and found him on google, gave the office a call and he was available to see me right away. He was very thorough and handled my case making the entire experience very stress free. Billing was very very fair. I highly highly recommend him.

Kyle represented me for a complex divorce this past year. I was referred to him by a local attorney in Rapid City for his honesty, intelligence and fair cost. I quickly found Kyle and his associates to be incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Kyle was quick to respond to my calls/emails, he was flexible with scheduling phone conferences, and he would always provide me answers promptly regarding his research and billing. He researched topics that were new to him (SCRA) to ensure he was a subject matter expert, and he was flexible with my schedule being that I was stationed overseas throughout the divorce process. I also respected Kyle for keeping a calm and collected demeanor, when at times I could have made bad decisions due to emotions. The most rewarding outcome of hiring Kyle was the cost. Knowing I hired someone with integrity helped me to not worry about additional expenses. He was honest and up front, while remaining professional. He advised me about options that would help save costs, and in the end he saved me a large amount of money by waiving my original flat fee, and turning it into billable hours. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and with the results!
