Excellent customer service! New to the whole septic system of waste disposal and first time getting it cleaned out. Very professional company. From initial communication with Sarah very patiently explaining and scheduling their service to Russ working on site. After discovering our lid was broken and purchasing a better option, another tech left detailed instructions for me to install it. Couldn't ask for more.

I called to schedule our septic to get pumped in a new home we purchased and they never showed up. After about two weeks I called again and they said they must have lost it. They didn't seem to even care that I had been stood up and still took several days to come out. I called a different company the next time around, Outlaw Septic, and was so impressed with their service that I will never call Hills Septic again.
