Downtown Dental

I am a return customer! My wife and I have been coming to Downtown Dental for a few years, & as someone who didn't like to visit the dentist, these people changed my mind. I have never had a poor experience here; the staff and doctor are very polite and professional, the practice is clean & the atmosphere calming. Truth be told, I've actually fallen asleep in the chair during a crown prep procedure on 2 different occasions, not many can say that about a visit to the dentist. I highly recommend this office to anyone who is looking for quality dental care. These are good people, who will do their best to mitigate your pain, lessen your fear, & take care of you and your family.

We were in a bind and needed a dentist asap, they went above and beyond to accommodate and were the nicest dental office that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They resolved our issue and did it with a smile! I highly recommend!

Downtown Dental is amazing and came through for us in an emergency when 7-8 other dentists we called turned us down. We were vacationing in the Black Hills and my daughter broke a molar in half. She has had broken a tooth before and our local Dentist had advised us to come in immediately if it happened again. Starting at 3:30 pm, we start calling were turned down by everyone except Downtown Dental because of the late time. Downtown Dental worked us in right at closing time, and stayed late to both examine our Daughter, and follow through and complete an extraction. I cannot say enough good things about them - they were kind, caring, and professional throughout the whole experience, and worked hard to help even when it meant staying late unexpectedly, for a one-time patient from out of town.
