I had the pleasure of receiving coffee shipped from South Dakota to where I live in California, and I am loving every sip. Even when they arrived, the fragrance coming from the package was intoxicating. So far I have gotten to try Dakota (Breakfast Blend) and Papua New Guinea, and I love how smooth and delicious both of them areI use a french press and have tried both kinds in different ways (hot/iced, black/with heavy cream). My favorite way of having Dakota is hot with a splash of heavy cream. For Papua New Guinea, I love it for a pick-me-up in the early afternoon, black and iced. I have been drooling over the Dakota blend every morning. These two are some of the smoothest coffees I have ever tried, and I am looking forward to trying others. I also have the Canyon Gold blend to try very soon (but saving opening it for later so I can further savor Dakota and Papua New Guinea). Will be buying some more Dark Canyon for my coffee-loving in-laws to try this Christmas as well. I have already shared a smidge of my Dakota coffee with my sister so she can try it (too good not to share!). Also, a shout-out to Richelle for her excellent and kind customer service and for suggesting the initial coffees I got to try! Cant get enough of them, lol. Thank you!
