Super cute clothes, but had to finally walk out I waited for 5-10 minutes while one worker saw me standing there at the front, but deliberately ignored me. I was waiting to try on a pair of pants because you need a key for the dressing rooms I normally wont leave a review or complain but I am really disappointed it was my first time there

Wow..I received a nice call from the Annex apologizing for the past customer service with a sales person..was not expecting that!! I'm sure my future shopping there will be great! Thank you to the Annex

Cute clothes but customer service is not great. You need to teach your guy in there to say hello or something!! It's like you could care less if I bought anything or not.
