Quality Time Child Care

I would not recommend this center to anyone. When my toddler was going here, he would come home on multiple occasions with several marks, bruises, bite marks, and bumps. I understand that toddlers are bound to get hurt, but there was never an explanation or accident report given. There was one day I picked him up and he had a busted lip. When I asked what happened, nobody could tell me. I asked the teacher in the room why he kept getting hurt and she responded, because hes bad. I asked the director to provide incident reports and I never received them. On another occasion, I walked into the classroom to pick him up and he was on the floor drinking the teachers energy drink. The teacher was just laughing about it. The teachers were also not cautious of his food allergies. I tried multiple times to speak with the director in person with my concerns, but this did not happen until after the 5th attempt. Aside from injuries and food allergies, the teachers were putting another childs diapers on him and they were a brand that caused him to get rashes. When I would take the exit to drop my child off, he would immediately start screaming crying because he did not want to go there. There is a code for the door to get in, but teachers would prop it open or just let anyone in so it was not that effective. Once we moved him to a different daycare, he excelled and does not come home covered in marks.

We love the staff and quality care that our child receives at Quality Time Child Care! After coming from a daycare where we were less than impressed, we love knowing that our child is well taken care of!
