        Ordered a new battery online to save 20% off and arranged for in store pick-up. The price of the battery is very fair and always a good value. Came in and my order was ready. Batteries plus does a great job of communicating the order status and sent me an email letting me know my order was ready. Easy and efficient. Can't ask for any more. Keep up the great work!

        I want to preface this by saying the gentleman that worked on my key fob popping out the battery was very kind while doing itand that I understand mistakes happen. But please have a chat with your guys about being really careful with the parts inside key fobs. These keys are ridiculously expensive to get recut or redone at the dealership. The guy who worked on replacing my battery broke off the nub that keeps my extra key in the fob as it is a Kia smart fob. Unfortunately there is no fixing this problem besides using a whole new fob. It seems like something minor but now I have to spend $250 for a new key fob that worked 5 minutes ago. Bummed out not sure what to do or how they can help but hope they are just a little more careful next time.
