I am not exaggerating when I say that finding Katy almost four years ago when I first moved to Rapid was one of the biggest highlights of moving here. Shes incredibly talented and I know that when I walk out of the salon, my hair is going to look amazing. Shaye is the only person I will trust with my hair! I will follow her wherever she goes. Ive had a few types of extensions, but until Shaye did my extensions, I had no idea they could be so comfortable, flexible and undetectable. She matched my extensions and color SO perfect! Luxe Haircare and Skincare is in a great location in baken Park on the Westside of Rapid City. The salon is very friendly. Shaye Sparks is my person. Her color correction was totally amazing. Shaye loves what she does, very professional and knowledgeable. She knows her products, what style that fits you and what colors that make you stand out. What makes Shaye stand out from the rest is her passion for what she does. She loves color, style and people. I can't say enough about her.
