      Hello Summerlin. Our 90 day warranty covers the problem we worked on. We were out 6/22/23 and you had a bad thermal fuse which can go out from restricted venting. We replaced the fuse and fixed the problem. You called us back out 9/15/23 for a noise issue. We came back out and you had a bad idler pulley. Completely different issue. We also looked at and diagnosed a water heater at the same time and charged you nothing. I am sorry you feel we are being unfair but, it wouldn't be good business sense to cover anything that happens to your appliance 90 days after we are out. Please see we are not out to deceive anyone. If there was further issues with your thermal fuse, we would have covered it. Thank you.
