Complete HVAC Service & Installation

Our furnace stopped working (of course when it the coldest), we called Complete and within an hour Justin was here, after he left about 2 hours it started messing up again. By that time they were closed so the next morning we called again and he came back out, found out the part he put in was defective so he put in another new one. We haven't had anymore problems. Thank you Justin and Complete HVAC, you will be our go to for our furnace and air conditioner.

I would highly recommend this company! Called them right after a long weekend and they made it to my house within 2 hours and took care of the issue right away. Over that night my system decided to shut off again. I called again at 7 in the morning, the tech was at my house within 45 minutes to look at it again. They truly have great customer service.

We got our furnace replaced from them and it was excellent. We paid cash in full right after services were done. My fianc then receives a call stating we were past due? He did advise the gal we paid in full. She then must have realized and hung up on him. Very unprofessional. We just got quoted for a central ac unit early last week and was told wed get an actual quote by the end of the week. My fianc called last Friday for the quote since we never got a call and the gal said the quote was sitting on another ladies desk. She called back to let my fianc know that it was in fact on her desk but we had to wait for her to call us. Its now almost the end of the second week with no call back. I honestly dont think Id recommend this place. Just proves to show unprofessional.
