10 stars! I Always look forward to my appointment with Lucas Ashland hes so friendly and makes everything very easy to understand. He saves us so much stress and we will keep him for as long as we can. The front desk is always very warm & accommodating also. I recommend this place to everyone.

I have been going to Cheri DeLong with Don's Tax Service for a couple of years. She is THE BEST! She goes above and beyond to make sure you understand everything about your taxes, and gives awesome advice on how to be set up for success the following tax season. She is so personable and sincere. You can see her passion in her work. If you're looking for someone to trust with your tax information, Cheri is the one to see!

I've been using them for two years and honestly, I've never been met with kinder service anywhere. I regularly work with four different staff members for business and personal taxes and accounting. Shockingly cheap for how much they do for me. I have a lot of anxiety around making everything right with my taxes and they have made me feel welcome to call or come in any time with questions. Someone even offered to mail my daughters letter to Santa this year! Every single person I've worked with here has been so genuinely kind and helpful. I wouldn't dream of trusting anyone else with my taxes or my accounting for the business. They understand taxes are confusing and stressful and genuinely take the worry out of tax season, which for me is year round And the price is just so low for how much I rely on them for. No better tax business in Rapid City.
