It has been a few day's we got any mail. And now I'm Pretty sure I know why now. The person delivering the mail just stopped in front of my house and said. I think I put your mail-in the other mailbox. So I had to commit a felony to go get my mail out of the neighbor's mailbox. Probably why we haven't gotten any mail for the last week and a half to two weeks. Get someone else to deliver the mail she's Incompetent of doing her job.

Was told the package could not be delivered due to no acess to delivery location. I don't live in a gated community and the sidewalk to mailbox was clear. It just seems as though the person who was delivering didn't want to work anymore for the day and called it quits. This is absolutely ridiculous!

It was the Saturday before Christmas, and one of my presents was there and was expected to be delivered at my office on Wednesday. I explained the situation to Lori, and she went in the back and found my package! Lori went above and beyond for me today and I cant thank her enough!

All the employees are friendly and provide excellent service! Carolyn F. assisted me in sending an item to my brother who is stationed in Japan. She walked me through the entire process and answered all of my questions. She made the entire process simple and I am very thankful for her assistance! GREAT JOB CAROLYN !!
