      image Not impressed with the new owners policys. Theres a sign on the door before you walk in that says they will charge you $3.00 to pay your bill in cash. Like what?? Also they made a complete mess out of upgrading my moms phone. Said it was free, then it Wasnt. Had to pay the difference. Then got a bill for the full amount from Verizon. Which HQ, thank god, was able to fix. What ever happened to customer service and competitive rates? What a sad state of affairs. I would not recommend this Verizon affiliate store.
