        Ordered parts for a C15 truck engine on Jan 22. Was told order was filled twice and drove to pierre twice "50 miles RT" only to find out it was not both times. We were missing a gasket kit. Did not really feel welcome and was told "you guys are double ordering parts that are already in the kit so I dont know what you guys are doing". The guy acted like we were putting them out. It was frustrating because nobody could tell us if the part was lost, reordered, or when we would see the part. 15 days later Feb 7 we were told the kit had arrived that was supposed to be here two days from when we ordered.
