She was so wonderful, professional, efficient and made things go so smooth the whole time, including phone calls when we needed her that went above and beyond! Holy smokes! Jessica w/ First National Bank in Pierre was amazing in helping us with our home loan. As first-time home buyers, we were lost, confused, and looking for a guiding light. Jessica was our guiding light. She made everything so simple. Held our hand thru the paperwork and put our nerves at ease (no small task). Now, we have a beautiful home with a mortgage we can afford. A couple weeks ago I was having an issue with bill pay that I was having difficulty trying to resolve and Lindsay Uecker was trying to help me with. I was growing increasingly frustrated and my messages to Lindsay showed that as some of my frustration got taken out on her...despite that, she ultimately showed me that the problem was my own fault and she helped me fix and correct it! Her patience and help were much appreciated!!!
