Kelly and his crew did a fantastic job! From the initial bid to the finished roof, I found this company great to deal with! I wanted to do business with them after they made a small repair to my old roof the next day after I contacted them. Other roofers were not willing to do the same. I definitely made the right choice in selecting Premier Systems!

There are now hundreds of nails sticking through into my parents sunroom, and they are doing nothing to fix it. They had a gorgeous wood ceiling, not a flaw after 2 new roofs over the past 30 years. Premier came out, and used the wrong length of nail, now the ceiling is speckled with nails, and bits of wood blown out. It's been four months, and it's still there. We checked with multiple other roofers, all of whom said independently that the solution is to rip off this roof and install a new one with shorter nails. It's just one part of the roof, so it would only be a small job for a roofing company to fix, but they aren't doing it.

We worked with Austin out of the Sioux City office for our hail damaged roof last year. Austin helped us in communicating with our insurance company as to what was happening and when it would happen. When the crew showed up to put on the roof they were very knowledgeable and efficient. They did everything Austin said they would to install a new roof and we have no complaints about any part of it. In fact, we were so pleased with the results we used Austin again this year to re-side our house. Austin put in the time necessary to help us get exactly what we wanted, explaining various options along the way with the final choice being ours. The crew showed up and removed the old siding, then installed the siding very satisfactorily, cleaned up and left. After they left I discovered a gable had been missed and contacted Austin. He said he would have the crew back to correct it. The next day was raining but the day after was fair and sure enough here came the crew and did the work. I have no qualms about recommending Premier Systems for siding or roofing
