Wonderful place to stay they have a beautiful lobby when you enter with double sliding glass doors as you enter. It's a three story building that has an elevator. You will enter your beautiful room

SCAM SCAM SCAM! Do Not book with this hotel. Manager refuses any cancellations and should be reported to the Better Bussiness Bureau. Claims hotel is in Sioux Falls, SD and redirects your reservation to Sioux City, Dakota Dunes after you pay. When you search Sioux Falls, SD hotels this hotel pops up in search even though it is NOT IN Sioux Falls, SD but instead in Sioix City, Dakota Dunes.

Booked a room for a couple nights- the night before and night of surgery at the Dunes Surgical Hospital. I woke up to use the bathroom and there were black ants crawling everywhere in the bathroom. I unfortunately was not able to fall back asleep, which was quite counter productive to getting a restful night of sleep before surgery. :-(
*Called to speak to Sunny Chaudhari, who is the owner. Hes been dodging me all day, and he relied on staff as a go-between. Staff noted that he wont give a refund, because I didnt address the situation with staff in the moment. This is untrue- I brought out a towel with a bunch of the insects to the front desk at 3am and the front desk man stated they were black ants. I was NOT offered to move rooms, just that hed let housekeeping know. Very disappointed that Sunny is not a reasonable Owner who seek to provide appropriate services to their guest.
Noteworthy details: Ants- no offer to move rooms or reduce rates paid.
