Thornton Flooring makes the entire process of choosing new flooring easy and convenient. Lots of samples in their showroom. Their staff is knowledgeable about the products available, to guide you towards what is most appropriate and needed for your flooring.

I am sorry I am not able to give 5 stars. I have a customer service issue. Tile and Wood flooring installed November 2023. Quality of materials was excellent, quality of work was excellent except for one issue. The threshold needed to be reworked as it wasn't installed as instructed. It is now March 2024 and it has not been addressed. I call at least once a month but have gotten no action. You could call me a frustrated customer. My beautiful floors aren't beautiful yet because of the cardboard over the threshold so no one brakes an ankle when they walk over it.
