I have been living here for going on 3 years. Tarah is always happy to help and is very happy to assist in any way she can. I have had a few maintenance requests and they are handled the next day. She makes sure everything is taken care of in a very professional and effiecient mannet. I look forward to living here for quite a while.

Swimming pool, elevators, and in unit washer and dryer are just a few of the perks of River Valley Apartments. They are also pet friendly which is a huge plus. Tarah is a great manager who is quick to help and get things taken care of. I would recommend checking these apartments out.

Tarah is so kind. She cares about her tenants and goes above and beyond to make River Valley such an awesome place to live. She takes your concerns serious and makes you feel like a priority. So if you want to live somewhere budget friendly with a landlord that cares River Valley is the place to be.

Since Tarah has taken over I have noticed many improvements. When I put in a maintenance request they respond promptly. I am going on my 2nd year here. Tarah is very helpful, efficient, easy to talk to, and cares about her tenants.
