Answered questions, would like to stay with KitchenAid fridge and range but no white,no 33 wide with ice out on door,,,old ones work fine 25 years old,,but they have great service etc..so may look at different brand they carry

I'm only giving it a 3 because the rest of the staff and delivery guys were good. John wouldn't return calls about delivery, claimed we changed colors after the order was placed, charged us for a color change, and gave us a floor model in place of new without a discount. We have dealt with Karl's in Huron a few times and always had great service. We will go back to driving the distance instead of shopping "local"
