A contractor that comminicates well and offers quality work. We had a new kitchen floor installed and we’re incredibly happy with the results, cost, and quality. The Skogen team is very thankful!!

We basically had our house remodeled. Not all drywall was removed and replaced. Bits and pieces. Ceiling “popcorn” texture was removed and replaced and all was painted. The kitchen was totally renovated! And I love what is there, it’s just really chopped up. The kitchen doesn’t flow. But it’s beautiful! My main complaint is the quality, I feel like we paid high dollar, but didn’t receive quality construction. I will definitely commend them on their design, because I felt like they really followed through with incorporating that! And again it’s my favorite!!! My sister and I bought a home last spring and we LOVE it!!! At the time of purchase, it needed some remodeling work and so we interviewed several local contractors and decided to use Averie Construction. We needed new flooring in the majority of our home, some pretty customized electrical work and some custom plumbing work. Because we are potters (we work with Ceramics), our needs were pretty specific to accommodate an in-home studio. Holy Cow!!! Did we make the right choice in going with Averie!!! Rick and Jen went above and beyond our expectations while still staying within a specific budget! AND - it was on time!!!! WOW!!!! It is a few months later now (I wanted to wait a few months before posting a review to see if any issues cropped up) and I am even more pleased with our choice in contractors!!! And, to find one that was able to stay within budget AND timeline while meeting some specialized requests - DOUBLE WOW!!!! Thanks and WOOT WOOT go out to Jen, Rick, and the other contractors that Rick collaborates with. If you are looking for a good contractor, whether it is remodel, or ground-up construction, I encourage you to include Avery Construction in your Short List. :)
