I had a great stay at this hotel after a skyforce game at the pentagon in Sioux Falls on March 30, 2024. You will get no sand in the bed or find yourself reaching your hand into dirt and old food if you drop your electronics between the bed and nightstand. Even though I was located by the pool on the main floor it was quiet and not loud. The breakfast was really hot, fresh and top notch. The swimming pool didn't have a bad smell and had clear, clean looking water. The pool had a very comfortable water temperature when entering the pool, it was cool but not freezing. The wakeup call service was nice. The wakeup call was not irritating with extremely loud phone rings. If you want a nice evening in Sioux Falls I would suggest staying here. I never had such a positive hotel experience for a long time. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside of the hotel was it was hard to read the hotel sign from the interstate, but you should be able to see the building. Rooms: Rooms are very clean no hidden dirt or food on walls between nightstand, bed, ectera. Nearby activities: Sanford Sports Pentagon is in a reasonable driving distance without having to stay in the city. Safety: I feel like the locks on the doors to the rooms were the latest in technology nobody could easily come in. Also the hallways had cameras to catch anything suspicious. Food & drinks: Breakfast at hotel offered many options for people who may have food allergies. Noteworthy details: Great Breakfast, Clean, Great Customer service, Warm swimming pool.

We come here on Sundays to swim. It's always been $8 for the hour or two of swimming. Today they charge me $40 for me and my 3 kids under the age of 6. The inconsistency is very disappointing.

Clean, quiet, and affordable hotel. We booked a king bed room, first floor and it was comfortable. They are dog friendly for a small $20 fee. BUT they only keep those guests in the two queen bed rooms. Which is fine if youre told that when you call in to double check they are dog friendly and not when youre trying to check in at almost 11 oclock at night. Thankfully the patient gentleman at the front desk allowed us to keep our original booking.
