I learned so much from the Learn To Thrive course. Motion is Lotion was one topic that really stays with me, along with learning the difference between soluble and insoluble fiber. Judy offered many websites and books to read that offer so much more information like 1) www.full plate living.com 2) www.nutrition facts.org 3) book Relaxation Revolution by D. Herbert Benson Judy made the course very interesting, and she is very knowledgeable .

I took Judy’s Wellness program and I learned how to eat better foods. What to look for in food labels and all around good nutritional tips. I also learned to take time to relax and get a good night sleep and it helps you feel better all around. I totally recommend this program to anyone who wants to feel better and take charge of their health and wellness.👏👏👏👏
