        The process started off as a great experience but the follow through is lacking greatly. Over 2 weeks to get the brand new camper we bought in for a final check before we could take delivery only to find out the unit had issues and would not actually be ready for us to take delivery even though we had been told it would be and made camping Reservations that we are now out the money for because we couldn't get a straight answer. Getting updates on the progress of our camper was also a nightmare. Everyone wants to blame the delays on everyone else and not actually take accountability for the breakdown in communication. The main takeaway is that they will bend over backwards to lure you in the door and get you to buy, but the minute money has exchanged hands they could care less and are already focused on acquiring the next new customer and not on ensuring the existing customer is thoroughly taken care of.

      Chase Auto & RV has been a locally owned and run business since 2000. We became the only dealer of new and used campers in central South Dakota in 2006. We have several floor plans of new Wildcat 5th Wheels, travel trailers, and toy haulers. Many new Salem and Salem Cruise Lite Campers, Wildcat, Crossroad Cruiser, and Sunset Trails Travel Bumper Pull Campers, as well as a wide variety of 5th wheel campers at competitive pricing on our lot. We also have a sizable selection of used campers, trailers, and motorhomes. For your convenience, we offer numerous RV models with over 100-floor plans. In 1/ 2 ton towable campers, we specialize.
