My wife and I rented an E bike. The young man that got us on the trail was so helpful and polite. The bikes worked great! The owner was there upon return and he was very friendly. I would highly recommend!

Staff 10/10 - fully walk you through every detail on what to do, where to go, and how to use everything. Great for beginners! Equipment - spotless and ready. Rented the brand new wolverine x2 1000. Unbelievable. The power and handling are amazing. Not once even considered I could get stuck or flip. Will definitely rent these over the standard 850s everytime! Experience - simple and easy, they take the vehicles back, and they do all the cleaning and fueling! You just ride and have fun! Will definitely be back! Clinton

If you were looking for a sign, this is it. Deadwood Outdoor Rentals is the place you need. Great staff, awesome selection to pick from, and they know their stuff! Trails, maintenance, etc. Small-town humor from the guys that get it. Took a new YXZ and a Wolverine (for the old folks) for a rip in the hills. We'll be back again.

If I could rate zero I would. The owner is a despicable human being, a con and a complete thief. Went out of his way to fabricate lies to steal my $400 deposit for not sweeping the floor or making the bed (then told me he has hired staff to do that) accesses the rooms without notice while you are away. Fat and lazy conniving pile of garbage who cannot be trusted with any form of authority. Doesnt use cameras, has hired staff to maintain the building yet still feels the need to steal your money. Still waiting for my $400 deposit after I sent him official mail demanding an itemized deduction statement that shows how it could have possible cost him $400 to sweep the room and make the bed. He knows its illegal and was enjoying the fact that he is robbing somebody who works for their money. Its a shame the fire behind the building didnt torch the entire residence. Even the sheriffs were taken back by his shameless greed. If anyone has a great lawyer I would encourage you to sue this place, with the owner being a compulsive liar and a conman and cheapskate, it would be incredibly easy to document his corruption. He thinks hes untouchable and above the law because he steals from poor people.
