Aspen View Townhomes

I lived in these apartments for a while. Back then I had issues with some stuff in the apt such as black mold. When it was mentioned to management, nothing was done. Then the management started to switch and when the same issues were brought up, management basically threw their hands up and said "oh well". I'd advise anyone who wants to live here, to look somewhere else since management is severely lacking, especially in humility with the disabled. The fact that the apartments are considered low income, you'd think they would be more welcoming.

Whoever manages these needs to be fired. They are the most disgusting apartments I've ever been In. I don't live here, I go to clients for work and have been to 4 here, all of which smoke in the house with o2, have mold, are completely trashed and disgusting.
