Howard Johnson by Wyndham Oacoma Hotel & Suites

A nice little stopover on the way to Rapid City. This was my first stay at a HJ and I was pretty happy with it. Rooms were clean, place was quiet and no issues at all. Rooms are a little old, doors are a little loose, and the WiFi maxed out at 4mbs (enough for email, but not video). Still, I'd stay here again without an issue.

Great spot right off 90. Great price and has everything we needed as a family of 5. They even have a 3 queen room! Super nice!

Hotel was clean, service was friendly, pool was clean and fun. Breakfast was good.

It was a convenient stop right off of I90 when we needed a late night room. Initially we thought the room was decent and didn't have any issues sleeping. The next morning I found mold on my bagel at breakfast and ants crawling on the nightstand.

The handicap accessible room was sufficiently spacious including a roll in shower. The colors were obnoxiously bright, overdone, obtrusive, and no where close to relaxing or comforting with an entire wall BRIGHT, AND WE DO MEAN BRIGHT, ORANGE. The MATTRESSES were SOME OF THE WORST AND MOST UNCOMFORTABLE MATTRESSES weve slept on in a hotel in years, including small ma and pop motels. They were so uncomfortable that all three people finally decided to just get up and get out of bed for the day before having a sufficient nights sleep. The food was better than bad and thats about all. Considering we stayed to relax and get a good nights sleep before continuing our long drive, and considering we chose this hotel for a better food option than the other hotels owned by the same company in the same town, it is safe to say this stay was an awful flop. We will NOT be staying here not recommending this hotel to anyone. *The orange is even brighter in person!
