Hands down the most worthless doctor I have ever encountered. I had to visit her once because my doctor was out of office. I was having reflux problems and throat pain and she didn't even touch me. Just wrote a script for basically an OTC acid reducer. Now onto the real problem I have with Dr. Cook... My dad is in end stage renal failure and it was suggested he go on home hospice. Since then he has become unresponsive and need comfort that a hospice nurse can provide or help with. We tried all weekend to get someone out but no one was available just to call during office hours today and find out that SHE NEVER CALLED IN THE ORDERS. So they said they can send someone out tomorrow after he has already been suffering since Friday and the appointment where she suggested the hospice was on Thursday. Literally the most worthless doctor, with poor bedside manner I have ever encountered. Don't waste your time.
