        Very disappointed in this company. The day before our out of state move, we were told (only because I called them!) that the truck we reserved was only available IF we drove two hours, one way, out of state, the day BEFORE our reservation, to pick it up. And we pay for the gas. And arrange for our our own driver to take us to the ND location to get their truck that we reserved in Aberdeen. All of this after we had confirmed its availability just three days before - and we were assured that the truck would indeed be available. I have no confidence in using them for anything but local short trips. Very disappointed in U-Haul. *We went with Penske instead. And had a great experience!* Be forewarned, if you are traveling out of state.

        Tim was the best!!! My mom & I called him with a lot of questions about moving a piano from South Dakota to Minnesota and he answered all of them. He even went out and measured the ramps for us. It was nice to get all the moving supplies right there.
