Jess was AMAZING!! She went above and beyond to make the homebuying process as easy as possible. As a first time homebuyer, I could not have asked for a better realtor. She reassured me along every step of the way and worked hard to make sure I was taken care of. 10/10 would recommend!!!

I have dealt with a few Realtors in the past but I have never come across someone quite like who we found at the Jency Agency by the name of Jess Nilson. From the first smile we knew she was there to guide us through, and help us sell this house which was an estate house. I was impressed on how detailed she was on guiding us through the sale on where, what and when to do things. She did a lot of after hour work to make this sale happen. And she was up beat the whole time, even when things looked real bleak on the sale, she would give us hope. And she was right! Jess was amazing! She was great at listening and helping us to understand the home buying process and reassured us even when there were bumps in the road!! Definitely recommend giving her a call when looking to buy or sell a home!!
