I would recommend never using this service if you can avoid it. They are very unpleasant to deal with and are not flexible to work with. The account representatives take forever to get back to you and even when they do most times they aren't helpful. One of the worst experiences I have had to date. Sonja Hawke is very unprofessional and seems irritated by your call, she could care less to help you.

I have had the opposite experience with Zuntafi! They have always answered the phone, emailed and called back when promised. They did make a mistake but rectified it quickly. The online portal is outdated but does work. I was able to clear my loans with no issues or hassle. Interest is high but they are transparent about that and plug a short financial gap for people. I would happily use they again!
