Our family had been wanting cameras for our cow/calf operation but didn't feel like we could justify them. After talking with Cattle Cam, we felt like it was worth the investment and have been thankful ever since. From top notch tech support, who truly answers their phone 24/7 365 to the quality of the actual camera, we figured we paid for our system within the first year. We calved heifers in -20 degree weather with no heat in our barn and never lost a calf. It not only took stress off night checks but helped us make sure each calf was truly nursing without walking in the barn and drawing the heifers attention away from her calf. Since then, we have utilised the cameras to spot sick calves, as well as heat detect during breeding season. One of the best investments we have made for our operation hands down.
