        Weve been very grateful to have 1 Source manage our rental property. We originally considered trying to rent the house ourselves but after hearing so many horror stories we decided to seek professional management. I am so glad we did! Theyve been quick to respond to any questions we have as well as communicating any issues with the property from the tenants. Even the stress of tenant turnover has been a breeze! So thankful we went with yall!!!

        Nice property/ staff, with the exception of office Mangers lack of communication skills, very arrogance and only interested in displaying authority not problems solving, she really needs groomed in this area..professionalism speaks louder than words.

      I do not believe we are the 1 Source you are looking for. We are #1 Source in York SC. I believe you are looking for “One Source” in Winston Salem NC. They changed names from Open Door Real Estate to One Source last September and several people have mistaken us for them. They are technically called One Source Homes NC, but they use a “DBA” and go by One Source Property Management in their advertising.
