Edit: I have contacted the company many times to get a resolution to this and the manager (Philip?) will not call me back or give me any answers. We first contacted this plumber when our laundry drain line overflowed. They augered the line, charged us $700, and said it was fixed. We hooked up our washer and the very next cycle, the line overflowed again. We called them back, and they wanted an additional $1500 to jet the line. I called to discuss with the company about how this looks (give us more money, we promise that this time it'll be fixed) and received terrible customer service from the lead tech. We decided to go ahead with it anyway, and paid an additional $1500. We hooked up the washing machine again, and the same thing happened, the line is not clear. So basically we were charged $2200 for absolutely no resolution.

Do not go with this company. Horrible experience. They scammed us did not finish the work stated in the paperwork. Left pipes in my yard and pipes underneath my home. They are still there as I speak. Pipe still sitting inside wall where they cut and left. Over charged us for the job. Sent 3 plans and the one we chose was not what the guy Tim introduced us to. Tim is so unprofessional. He would leave early. After he told me they were working until 4:30-5. I get off work at 3 and they were already gone. I would call and text he would not answer nor return phone calls. Me and my wife had to wait 2 weeks to move into our home because the job took a week and we had plans for the electricians to come the same week. He told us the job would take 3 days. 2 days for the in house piping and the 3rd they would trench my yard. Not only did the job take a week they also never trenched my yard. He disrespected me in front of my wife and all. Soon as the job was over he tells us that the pipe does not looked like it needed to be trenched so they are not gonna do it after taking our money. Talked to the owners daughter Ashley she has lied to us so many times. After talking to her. She Said she typed our convo we had over the phone and was gonna tell the owner which is her dad. Still have not returned not one phone call about us being over charged and our yard being trenched. While pipes are left cut in the sheet rock which is dangerous I have a son that could get hurt. Also underneath my home all of the before pipes are still left under our home. They came a week later after I annoyed them to get the pipes they left in my yard. But never came to get the pipe from underneath my home. This was the worst experience we have ever had. Ashley is a complete liar. She says that they will resolve this issue and still have not heard from them. I request to talk to the owner and still get not reply. Stay away from this company....scam artist
