I ordered a hot pastrami sandwich and asked for it to be extra hot. It was barely warm when I got it. This is not the first time I have been disappointed with the food or service here, but it will be the last time as I won't return again.

Overpriced and low quality. My sandwich was hemorrhaging with mayonnaise. It was slathered on both sides of my bread. I thought I ordered a turkey sandwich, not a mayonnaise sandwich. I guess I should have been more specific. See picture.

First Ill start with the positive aspects I encountered while eating lunch with my family. Food was delicious, workers were friendly, and bathrooms were clean. Some things that I noticed that were not so great a young man up front was on his phone a lot and touching his face, I didnt see him wash his hands once the whole 40 minutes I sat there. He wasnt the only one I saw on his phone he was just the most noticeable. This made me queasy as most phones are disgusting considering how often they are touch. He and a couple other workers had headphones in while customer facing and it came off as disinterested in serving the customer as if they would rather listen to their music. As someone who has worked in the restaurant business for many years, I would have also made him put his long hair up. Overall wasnt impressed, not sure Ill come back.
