Shingle Clean

Wow, I have used Shingle Clean twice now and they don't disappoint! My white house is blinding! They work thoroughly and never miss an inch. I highly recommend.

Imagine your home undergoing a makeover. We used their services to get our parents' house clean as a Christmas gift and they love it. It's wholesome feeling every time you walk into the house now. The mold/debris is gone now and our brick house looks like a waxed clean car. Please don't let "petty Karen's" review discourage you where they whined about a bleach smell. Of course it's gonna smell like bleach for a day since it cleaned the house duh. These people are professional, fast, efficient, willing to work with you in terms of budget, punctual and work driven. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Michael did an excellent job removing the algae causing black streaks on our home. I highly recommend his business.

I wrote a review on Tuesday and on Thursday it is gone. I paid $945 for Michael to use my water his hose and his solution to spray my roof for $30 minutes. NOT WORTH IT

This review is difficult to write as I have to admit that I was "taken." I contacted this business as their contact information was given to me by my roof repair company. While trying to get my house ready to put on the market, I was advised to clean up some staining on a not very old roof. The original price was too steep ($1400) so I negotiated with owner of this company to clean certain portions of the roof for a reduced price. Unfortunately, I did not inquire as to what the "cleaning" entailed. I assumed the high price ($945) was because of the risk and time associated with getting on my roof and cleaning for a period of time. It did not. Michael did come when he said he would and he cleaned my roof. HOWEVER, the service consisted of spraying a very strong solution (he swears it is not bleach and it is a formula that took him 20 years to develop) on my roof - from a reservoir on the back of his truck with a hose using my water. The strong bleach smell remained until into the next day. The roof does look good, but the amount of effort and product (30 -45 minutes) does not, in my opinion, justify the cost. I am paying the cost because that is what I agreed to unfortunately. Don't make my same mistake! I am not sure what the others who posted reviews on Google paid - but I paid way too much for the service. BTW the owner compared this situation and my questioning of the charge for the amount of labor provided, to that of a doctor who cured your son of cancer quicker than you thought they would and you being angry about the price. RIDICULOUS.
