E&A Granite and Marble Countertops

If you are considering getting a stone for any project, this is your place. I have ordered countertops, fireplace upgrades and more from this company. They have even been able to provide service within days of me choosing. I love doing business with them and highly recommend.

I am a repeat customer and the experience I have had with E&A is exceptional. The staff is very professional, patient and eager to please the customer. I re-did my kitchen 1/24 and decided to replace the granite I had installed by E&A back in 2020. My new project included granite counters and backsplash. I am beyond happy with the outcome and occassionally find myself stepping back and admiring my project. E&A assisted me with using the first granite I purchase and on-site made countertops for my coffee and end tables. I am very pleased with this company and highly recommend them for your upcoming granite projects.

Where to start...first off the workers came in and moved an appliance across our new hardwoods without asking, leaving a huge scratch and dent. Then they proceed to install the countertop by hammering our cabinets, which cracks the face frame. Once they finally leave, we notice that the countertops were actually cut and installed incorrectly. We notified the company, who offered to replace a slab, but we wanted NO ONE back in our home from E&A.

E and A Granite and Marble have many beautiful choices and were very helpful and patient when we were making countertop decisions. When we encountered a problem, they promptly resolved it to our total satisfaction. We enjoyed working with them very much and are happy to know a company that stands behind their work and maintains a high standard of quality.

For all of the great reviews of customer service, we unfortunately experienced none of these things when we visited. We went in to learn about the different countertop materials to determine the best one for us and get a quote, as very serious customers looking to redo our kitchen within 6 months. Upon arrival, we were the only ones in the place, so I figured wed get good service. Not the case - we were rushed around the inventory without being truly asked what our style was, what we wanted to learn about, and what the different prices could be. We didnt even get a complete quote even though we had our measurements (which we were never asked for), but instead a jotted out piece of paper with an equation for us to fill out ourselves. Totally unhelpful and made us feel like we were a nuisance for even showing up as the guy clearly was trying to get us out of the door. Terrible customer experience, we learned nothing from the conversation, got rushed around the inventory, and left confused as to why we were treated like a nuisance. Certainly will not be doing business with them despite other great reviews.
