I called lady answered I asked do they repair zippers she processed to say yes I asked how much does it cost to repair she states I don't know I asked you don't know she didn't even say no ma'am just no I asked how do you find out she states you need to call her. I mean ma'am you work there how you don't know. I just said never mind because your attitude is terrible. Customer service is terrible

The owne/r over charge me and promised me a credit when I returned. Well I returned add she said that she couldn't credit me for what she over charged me for. She also didn't deduct what she owed as well. She seemed like she was high or something

The lady who works inside was quite rude. She was not pleasant when she came to the window and seemed as if I were bothering her. Her face looked as though she were thinking "What do you want?" Instead of giving her my garments, I just left. As I Sat in the parking lot looking for another cleaners to visit, I saw her sitting in the window of the store relaxing and vaping in plain view. Very unprofessional and I will not be back.

The service here is horrible! I tried several times to patronize the business because of the location. You pay for your clothes in advance, and when you go back to get them, they don't want to put them in your car AT SLIDING DOORS!! We don't do that, which is what was told to me. Last visit for me. I hope whoever reads this review will not patronize such a business. No wonder the glass is broken. They probably pissed someone else off. FYi, be mindful of how you feed people. The serving spoon may have to feed you, too!

Love this place. They did a great job on my sons shirts and now Im back this week with my spouses. Easy parking. The facility is clean. They have next day turnaround time. Good location
