They quoted us $400 for our annual winterizing with impeller. Last year it was $200 just for the winterizing. $400 felt pricey but we trusted them. Picked up the boat and they charged us over $800. THAT IS BAD BUSINESS.
If we had discussed an $800 fee we may have been comfortable with that price. But to charge more than twice the quoted price?! That is deceptive and wrong! We will not be trusting them again, and you shouldnt either.
