My car decided to randomly stop working today. Called the tow company and they jump started it for me and I immediately drove my car to Autozone. I called on the way and they answered right away and listened to my concerns. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted right away by Heyword and he came and checked my battery and replaced it without me having to wait around. Hopefully I wont have any other issues soon but I will definitely come back here if I do and recommend this place to other people. They made my bad day so much better and I appreciate their hard work.. in and out in 20 mins!

Melanie is an excellent AutoZone employee who really made me feel valued as a customer during my visit to AutoZone today. Melanie greeted me and each customer I observed her assist with a smile and kindly assisted me with locating fuses and installing a license plate holder and the license for my RV and locating and installing proper screws to secure and tighten the license on my SUV. I sincerely thank Melanie for her assistance and wish to acknowledge her excellent service and positive attitude.
