Brookland and 4 West

The location is perfect. Its very safe and you can walk along the river, to local bars & restaurants and even the grocery store. The people who live here are all very nice and friendly. My wife and I have been here almost 2 years and have not met a rude person! The Staff is extremely friendly and would do anything to help you. We love it here and will be here for a while!

Brookland has been my home since I first moved to Columbia 6 months ago and it has been the best beginning for us. It is very conveniently located in front of the waterfront which makes for great walks and views right in our backyard. There are plenty of great restaurants and bar scene within walking distance as well. The apartment complex is always clean and you feel welcomed by the office staff. Maintenance calls are resolved within 24 hours and we have been very pleased with the amenities. The only downside would be that the pool is kind of small and doesnt have shade (umbrellas) but it doesnt game away from the experience as everything else is provided, including use of the kitchen, fridge and bbqs. Happy with our choice and would recommend to anyone.

Brookland/4West apartments are the best of the best! Not only are you living in a unique and perfect location, but the staff and people around you are what make it the best. Everyone is so kind, always offering to lend a hand, and always wanting your experience to be amazing. I love living at Brookland/4West apartments. They make you feel right at home.
