Our driver Don Jones is a great example of what a truck driver should be . We have a difficult dock that has a angle and he nailed it. Mr.Jones was helpful and very friendly because of him we will be doing business with them in the future!!!

Since gaining part of the business of Yellow Freight, they have become Yellow Freight. May show up today or it may be three days from now. Not dependable at all.

Cant leave half a star. Something ordered from amazon had to be delivered with this service and to begin with they claimed that they attempted delivery which wasnt true we were home all day, then second delivery was supposed to happen three weeks later with their window of 10 to 2 and after that time passed we called at 3:00 at which time they said they got a slow start and would be there around 4:00 so we told them we had other things that we needed to do and asked for the shipment be left at the garage. Before arriving home the message on Amazon from them said delivery driver attempted to contact us and another delivery date would have to be made. We arrived at home and the shipment was left but it wasnt left where we asked and they agreed it would be. Shipment was left to the elements on the porch with the box half opened. Why make claims that delivery attempted and claim to have called before second attempt when we were on the phone telling them where to leave the delivery. Hopefully the shipment isnt damaged now.
