I never complained about the service before and I was dealing with them for 6 years. I am a loyal customer that paid my insurance. I just got the phone with the receptionist and she was so rude. My husband had to grab the phone for me because he heard how rude she was. I hate to leave a bad review on my insurance company that Ive referred my family and friends to but the way I was treated was very unacceptable!

Heather, Heath and the staff at LH Griffith helped bring calm to a stressful situation. As a new trucking company shopping for commercial truck insurance was tough. Heather, Heath and the ladies at this company were patient, professional and helped us get through a very stressful time. Car insurance is stressful .. anyone knows that .. I almost lost hop of finding one that best fit my budget .. Jennifer was amazing with helping me find the best coverage .
