Stopped by yesterday for outdoor carpet..said they would wait while I went to get exact measurements. Less than 30 minutes later returned. Store closed..tried calling no answer and NO return phone call..called this morning no answer..tried again around 11 .got answer but store not open today on a Wednesday during the week..caused me a lot of trouble back and forth..VERY unreliable..Not the first time this has happened to me with them BUT it will be the last..MR. Covington you have cost me time and money as a contractor let alone the inconvenience..I honestly have no idea why you even own a business...you don't run it efficiently...you break promises to customers etc..I guess your lucky being the only carpet store in town...THAT is the only reason as far as I am concerned why you are still in business. Guys like you are the reason LOWES does so well..I'll tell them to send you a thank you note..you WON'T be getting one from me!
