I visited the store on 2/28 around 6 p.m. with all intention of purchasing a few items in preparation for a funeral. I walked out without purchasing anything after 5 minutes. I walked through the door and the two females were speaking to each other. Not once did they acknowledge me or offer any assistance, so I decided that I would not spending any money in the store. Not acknowleging customers entering your store is unacceptable. It depicts a lack of training in delivering quality customer service, and will result in loss revenue with time. I left the store and went to the Cato store a few doors down where I was greeted immediately upon enterinng the store. I found what I was looking for and gladly purchased more because the customer service was EXCEPTIONAL. Covid has changed many things, however customer service will be the deciding factor in the successful return of retailers post covid.

With as many employees as there were in the store, customer service was mediocre. They greet you when you come in though.
