Basic Auto LLC

Well since I have managed mechanic shops for over 25 years , I think he has come to a new town and is moving up very fast. This is not a good town to open up a shop unless you know everybody and from here but he is doing a great job.

We were heading to Florida, and stopped for the night when we heard a loud clicking noise around our right front tire. We stopped at the Comfort Inn, but I wanted to get it looked at before getting back on Rt95. Worried about a long delay finding a mechanic, I looked up and saw Basic Auto. The reviews were good. Chris and his mechanic could not have been nicer. I brought the car there at 8:00 am and he took me right in. Got me fixed at a fair price. The car ran great and we made it home. Thank you Chris and his employees.

I LOVE supporting local businesses. ANYONE that knows me, know I don't have a problem supporting, spending money, and spreading the word to bring more customers. I really wanted this to be my go to auto shop. HORRIBLE customer service! I took my vehicle there to get spark plugs changed because that's what the computer read. All 4 plugs was misfiring. After picking my vehicle back up, the engine light jumped back on. I called to let them know and a young man said Harry isn't available, he'll call me back. I said, "Do you have my number for him to call back?" Of course he didn't! Now he's scrambling trying to find something to write with. Harry called back and didn't even take the time to listen to what I was saying. He over talked me and immediately went in defense mode. $220 gone down the drain. Hopefully they'll buy a better attitude with it. I GUESS YOU DIDN'T BUY A NEW ATTITUDE WITH THE $220. SMH... HIS RESPONSE SHOWS HOW IMMATURE and UNPROFESSIONAL HE IS! DOWN GRADE? HA!!! AUDI FIXING YOUR SCREW UP NOW. $751 TO BE EXACT! FIND SOMEBODY PLAY TO PLAY WITH BOY! MONEY ISN'T THE ISSUE. IT'S YOU! Most of your reviews are from out of town customers so yeah, they would be happy to get a quick fix so they can get back home. I'll let you be great this time. I PRAY God bless you!
