Lisa is a great trainer! She has been working with us for just under a year now. We have been learning a lot of the basics and just received our CGC certificate. Shes able to offer certified training to advance your dog. She has taught me and Thor how to communicate more effectively and yield the training results we are looking for

We took our puppy to Lisa for a series of basic training lessons. First of all, she is an excellent trainer and really has a great understanding of dog behavior and how to work with you and your dog to get the results you want. Her training methods never involve physical punishment, only effective communication, praise and consistency. Secondly, she never makes you feel inadequate as a dog owner. Praise works for owners, too! She emails detailed notes after each session, so you can refer back to them in case your forget the steps. Lastly, our dog absolutely loves her. We recommend her wholeheartedly!

My husband and I finished our training sessions today and we are still looking forward to practicing all that we learned from her with our energetic dog, Kiah. We have all come so far from this experience and Kiah will miss her as much as we will. Calm, professional and so intuitive about our dogs breed, which made her understand how to better train us all.

Today was our first day training and Lisa is amazing, patient and understanding. My husband has a brain injury and she was amazing with helping us to help our dog.

Lisa is fantastic! We have a very energetic young dog and she helped us get a long way with her in just 5 lessons (and at home work, though not as much as we should have done!). We will be doing more lessons with Lisa. She has such a calm, consistent approach and helped us so much in understanding how dogs think. She also has great follow up with very helpful information and tips. We recommend Lisa without hesitation!
