        My dad gave 30-40 yrs of loyalty to this company, had a stroke I took over bills and accidentally let his policy lapse, not only did they refuse to take him back immediately, after they did take him back upped his payment without cause. He's now in his late 70's and on a fixed income. I finally convinced him his loyalty to this company was misplaced and found him a cheaper insurance. It's sad that loyalty is never a factor nymore far as the business/customer perspective! Will never suggest anyone to use this company from what I literally witnessed 1st hand! Wish I could give it 0 stars!
