        I've been sitting here a little bit over an hour and still no service there's no one here and it's a Monday morning

        Called the office over 25 times, could not get anyone on the phone. They told my elderly grandmother that despite being their customer for 35 years that they couldnt help her when her home was damaged by a negligent driver and then proceeded to lose her paperwork from the incident report. Had to call the corporate office on my grandmothers behalf and make the claim with them to get an adjuster out. Would LOVE to actually talk to someone in the office since they dont answer their phone and their voicemail is conveniently always full.
